Let's be honest, I don't know everything about real estate and the market is a battlefield. On a brighter note, the dilemmas of my clients are educating more each day.

Prices of homes today are very competitive and everyone wants a piece of the pie. Every article I read or news segment I watch sales do not seem to be rising. However, every house had multiple buyers and every offer I write is being outbid. Why? Prices are low and cash on the table is more.

How can I help my buyers if they're capped out on their reserves?

This home was one of my favorite homes I have ever shown.  Rooms were smaller than most, but it welcomed you into its spacious living room.  




Nothing topped the cherry wood cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steal appliances that gleamed the kitchen with a kiss from the morning sun.  Owners did an excellent job in renovation.  

This home was listed at $299,999 and sold for $336,000.  Sellers and listing agent staged the home well and priced right, luring in a number of buyers to start a bidding war to bring the final price well over it's original listing.
